One church, many locations throughout North San Diego County.
Acts 16:1ff - This passage is a great example of the rapid growth of the early church in the first century.
For the next two years, our focus will be on starting this ministry in Escondido. After that, the plan is to continue planting churches all over the North County Region. We will exist as one church with many locations. Our central offices, “hub”, and administrative team will be located in Escondido, but we will be spread out all over the county. This will allow us to do big-church ministry and mercy work, while continuing to aggressively and efficiently plant new works. In order to do this, we’ll need to raise up leaders, teachers, and missionaries who can continue the work through the churches we plant.
This means our church will maintain a “smaller church” feel and relational intimacy, but will be capable of exercising a “larger church” ministry/mission. In order to accomplish this, we must be willing to aggressively and perpetually recruit, train, and give up our best leaders, people, and resources in order to start these new works.
