In the New Testament, when a local church was started, one of the objectives of the founding elder was to raise up leaders who would eventually become elders and deacons. Among giving qualifications for such leaders, scripture warns not to appoint brand new believers (1 Timothy 3:6) or to be too hasty (1 Timothy 3:10) in appointing these leaders. Because of this, for the first few years after founding Infusion we will be developing leaders and waiting for God to call qualified people to these offices. In the mean time, the overall direction and vision of the church will be established by our planter, John Alwood, and a team of some leaders inside and outside of the church. Listed below are the names of some of our current leaders, staff, and ministry directors.
